Job Opening 16th Chancery District

The 16th Chancery District is accepting applications for a full-time court reporter.  The position will be available January 1, 2027.  Effective January 1, 2027, this district will consist of Jackson and George Counties (Pascagoula and Lucedale).  The majority of work is in Jackson County.  The terms are the first three weeks of each month January-November, and two weeks in December.  Terms begin on the first Monday of each month.  Judge Maples is out of term at least one week each month, sometimes two.
